Every relationship longs for safety — that deep sense of “I know you are there for me. I matter to you. We can find our way back to each other.”


The Secure Together weekend is designed to offer couples a safe and supportive space amongst other couples where protective behaviors can soften, emotional patterns become understandable, and closeness can naturally grow - not by trying harder or fixing each other, but by connecting more deeply. 

Is this weekend for us?

Secure Together is designed for couples who:

  • feel disconnected or stuck in recurring conflicts

  • long for emotional closeness

  • want to stop the negative cycle

  • have a good relationship and want to deepen their bond

  • are going through transition (parenthood, moving, stress, loss, distance)

  • want to grow, heal, and love each other more


You do not need to be in crisis to join.
You only need a willingness to show up — as you are — and meet your partner with truth and vulnerability.

By the end of each weekend, couples often describe feeling a deeper sense of emotional safety and togetherness, greater clarity around their patterns and triggers, and more confidence in how to reconnect during conflict. Many experience the relief of feeling truly seen, valued, and understood, and describe a renewed sense of intimacy, softness, warmth and trust between them. The intention is not perfection — but a secure connection.

Couples learn to recognize and understand their negative dynamic — not as a personal failure, but as a pattern that can be softened and shifted. Step by step, you will practice moving toward closeness without blame, criticism, or pressure, allowing the relationship to become a place of safety again.

Facilitators

Sophie de Lacaze is a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, NARM Master Practitioner and Core Energetics Therapist. She is an assitant both in the EFT trainings as well as in various NARM trainings in Europe. Sophie naturally invites movement and embodied practices into the work, guided by her passion, clarity and compassion to explore whatever emerges in the relational space. She loves guiding couples beyond their negative dynamic towards relational depth, unshakable trust and true intimacy. 

Ivan Sebastiani is the Director of the Italian Institute of Core Energetics and an international teacher, therapist and supervisor. He has been working with individuals, couples and groups for over 27 years. His approach brings empathy, clarity, direction, and a deep trust in the human capacity to love — even when life and history make it difficult. Using Core Energetics, NARM, SE and EFT, Ivan is passionate about helping couples transform sexual trauma and rediscover joy in their intimate life.

  • We came in curious and a little nervous about what a “couples workshop” would actually be like and left feeling it’s helpful for any relationship at any point. Sophie and Ivan created a space that felt genuinely safe and grounded — real, human, honest, and even full of laughter.
